Timeline: Introduction to the Market

Small Press United titles are presented to the book trade in small bundles, periodically throughout the year, instead of in large catalogs that traditionally come out just two or three times a year. This enables titles to be introduced to the market more quickly. Each title is featured on a full page that includes a color cover image, book description, author bio, blurbs, review excerpts, and other pertinent sales information.

May 7: Title data sent electronically to major trading partners
May 15: Title information and sales bundles sent to sales force
May 24: Deadline for stock to be received at SPU

July 7: Title data sent electronically to major trading partners
July 15: Title information and sales bundles sent to sales force
